• Submit a contact or enquiry form (name, email, phone, company, service of interest, budget range, and project details)
• Message us on WhatsApp (your name, phone number, and message content)
• Communicate with us via email or other channels
• Engage us for services under a client agreement

We also collect standard technical information automatically — such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited — through server logs and Google Analytics, solely to understand how our website is used and how it performs.

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your enquiries and provide requested services
• Prepare and deliver project scopes, quotes, and deliverables
• Send service-related communications (project updates, invoices)
• Send occasional business emails about our services, which you can opt out of at any time

We share your information only with trusted service providers who help us operate our business — website hosting, database and file storage (Appwrite), DNS and network services (Cloudflare), website analytics (Google Analytics), appointment booking (Google Calendar), and messaging (WhatsApp, operated by Meta) — and only as needed for them to provide their services. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

Some of these providers store data on servers outside Malaysia. We only use providers that apply appropriate safeguards to protect personal data.

When we operate an AI customer assistant or another managed service for a client business, we process that business's customer enquiries on its behalf and only on its instructions. The client business is responsible for telling its own customers how their data is used. If you contacted one of our clients through such a service, please contact that business directly about your data.

We retain personal data only as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by law. Contact enquiries are retained for up to 2 years. Client project data is retained for the duration of the engagement plus 5 years for legal and accounting purposes.

Our website uses essential cookies to maintain site functionality and Google Analytics cookies to understand usage patterns. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling non-essential cookies will not affect your ability to use the site.

Under the PDPA, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
