What is an AI customer assistant?
It's a chatbot on your website plus a WhatsApp auto-reply that answers common customer questions, collects enquiries and books appointments at any time of day.
How much does it cost?
Every project has a fixed price agreed before work starts, with no surprise invoices. Book a free consultation and we'll send a one-page quote within 24 hours of our call.
How long does setup take?
The AI Customer Assistant is delivered in 7 to 10 days. Starter websites take 1 to 2 weeks. Larger automation and software projects are scheduled after a free call.
Do I need any technical knowledge?
No. We handle the setup, testing and launch, and explain everything in plain language.
Can the assistant reply in Malay and Chinese?
Yes. Answers can be set up in English, Bahasa Melayu and Chinese, so customers can chat in the language they prefer.
What happens when the chatbot can't answer a question?
It offers a one-tap handoff to you on WhatsApp, so the customer can always reach a real person.
Will it work with WhatsApp?
Yes. The auto-reply uses the official WhatsApp Business Platform. We'll check your current number during the call and guide you through Meta's setup steps.
Is my customers' data safe?
Enquiries are stored securely and only your team and ours can access them. The assistant never asks customers for sensitive details such as IC numbers or bank information, and we handle personal data in line with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
What support do I get after launch?
Every project includes 1 month of free support for fixes and small changes. After that, you can choose an optional monthly maintenance plan.
How do payments work?
We take a 50% deposit to start and the remaining 50% on delivery. You'll receive an invoice for each payment.
Do I own what you build?
For websites and custom software, the source code is handed over to you on delivery. The AI assistant runs on our managed platform, and your content and customer data always belong to you.
